Guidelines for Group Discussion Rooms


1. Group discussion rooms are used for the purposes of teaching and academic research. 

2. Rooms are available for current, valid Tunghai University faculty, staff, and students. 

3. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

4. Reservations can be made two weeks in advance through the Circulation Desk. 

5. Requesters who fail to check-in to the reserved room 15 minutes into the booking session will forfeit their reservation.

6. There are four rooms total, two for 3-5 persons, and two for 5-10 persons. 

7. Duration of each booking session is three hours within 9:00a.m. to 9:00 p.m. 

8. Users are responsible for any damages to the furniture and equipment in the rooms.


These Regulations were approved by the University Senate. Any changes must receive their approval.
